What is parcel tracking?

Parcel tracking is an online service to see the different activity on your order once it leaves Frumur's facility. Tracking will update at different points of time displaying sorting, shipping, custom clearance and package delivery to predict and aid delivery. Tracking will list when the package is delivered or when an attempt is made.

What does no tracking mean?

If you selected the flat rate method - the only updates you will see posted are when your package processed though the exporter in the US. When it states departed - that is the date your package left the US. There will be no other updates. Flat rate shipping is shipped via your local postal service in most cases. Please check where your mail is delivered for your parcel. This method of shipping can be shipped to a post office or PO box.

The Frumur shipping labels are generated by a computerized shipping tool it creates the label based on the zip code/ postal code. If your zip or postal code is not correct the shipping label may be created incorrectly. Frumur is not responsible for any additional charges needed to reship or retrieve a package. Frumur is not responsible for any lost or undeliverable packages that the address was incorrectly provided. If you are shipping the package to an address you are not listed as a legal resident the package most likely will be returned to Frumur as undeliverable. UPS, USPS - United States postal service, International post or private courier will not deliver a package to a given address unless the package is addressed to the listed resident. As a result, if you are shipping the package to an address that belongs to a boyfriend, girlfriend, or someone else, you cannot list your name as the recipient unless you list it as "In Care of" / C/O the resident of the shipping address. If you are shipping to a business the address must include the business name along with the customer's name so that the post, UPS, and courier most likely will not deliver the package. If the provided address is missing In care of c/o, apartment number / unit number /suite number, business or company that package may be undeliverable. If your package is returned to Frumur, will refund the merchandise charges when the package is returned to Frumur, the shipping charge fees will not be refunded. Undeliverable packages are usually returned to Frumur within 180 days of shipment. Frumur will email you when your undeliverable package has been processed and refunded.

At Frumur we understand the need for discretion. All merchandise shipped from Frumur is packed in pouches or boxes with our name and logo displayed on the outside.   • UPS overnight saturday delivery by 4:00 pm pacific / 7:00 pm eastern friday ship out on the same business day excluding holidays.
  • Express orders will be received in the next business day and you will receive detailed tracking information via e-mail provided you include a valid e-mail address with your order.

Frumur knows to feel comfortable, and look great, you need to find the right fit. The lingerie, activewear, dresses, swimwear, and sexy costumes Frumur offers are all form fitting and tend to run small compared to standard dress, pant, and letter sizing. Each Product we offer has distinct sizing standards a unique size chart for each item is supply on the product description page. It is important to know your measurements to find the best fit.

  1. To find the most accurate sizing you must have your bust, waist, and hips measurements.
  2. Do not use your normal letter, jeans or dress sizes. There is too much variation between designers.
  3. Frumur offers numerous brands and designers as a result a distinct size chart is located on each item's description page.

  5. If you are between sizes it is always better to go larger. You can always take it in. Please keep in mind your bust measurement is not your bra size. It is the measurement of the fullest part of your chest. If you use your bra size it will be too small.
  6. One size fits most items are suggested to fit 90lbs - 140lbs. If you are XS, SM, MED, and sometimes LG – a one size fit most should work for you.
  7. One size fits most plus or Queen items are if you have more curves. It is suggested to fit 160lb - 225lbs or a size LG, XL, 1X, 2X, and sometimes a 3X.
  8. Corset Sizing. You must measure yourself! Don’t Guess! Corset can be one of the hardest pieces of apparel to size. When fitting for a corset, base your purchase off your bust measurements, not your bra size. Your bust is the total circumference of the fullest part of your bust. Select a corset that meets your size requirements, do not purchase a smaller sized corset thinking it will provide more of an hourglass shape. It will be just too tight and unusable. If you select a corset too large it will be too loose to provide the curvy hourglass shape. If you are in between sizes select one sizes down so the corset is extra tight and laces can be used to make any adjustments. No, all items must be returned as a complete set (just as they were purchased) in the original unworn condition and original packaging.

If the boots or shoes you purchased do not fit they can be returned if they are unworn and in the original packaging, within 30 (thirty) days of the purchase date. Shoes not shipped in their original packaging or if the packaging that is damaged or marred due to improper shipping by the customer is subject to a $10.00 repackaging fee please note do not apply tape or labels directly to the shoe boxes, wrap in a shipping paper or in a shipping carton. There is also a 15% restocking fee for any shoe that is refused or returned without a return authorization.

Banks are quick to take our money, slow to give it back. If you selected refund, we will credit your payment method when your return is processed. You will be notified by email when we complete the process. Your financial institution should refund your account in 2-5 business days.
